Job Title: Workshop Supervisor
Location: Corby, Northamptonshire
Salary: £22 per hour
Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday-Friday (7am start – flexibility required)
Job Description:
We’re on the lookout for a driven and experienced Workshop Supervisor to join our growing team at Pioneer Plant in Corby. If you’re highly organised, hands-on and ready to take your career to the next level, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing workshop staff, job allocations and workload planning
- Providing technical support to the engineering team
- Attending weekly planning meetings to forecast jobs and delivery schedules
- Overseeing consumables and stock control
- Hands-on repairs when needed
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised yard and workshop
- Managing PPE standards and special tool allocations
- Completing detailed ACR reports for new machine deliveries
- Ensuring smooth and safe delivery unloading in the yard

The Details:
- Location: Corby, Northamptonshire
- Hours: 45 hours/week, Monday to Friday (7:00am start – flexibility required)
- Pay: £22.00/hour
- Overtime: Weekends only, paid at time and a half (must be authorised)
- Holidays: 22 days + 8 bank holidays
- Christmas Shutdown: 2-week full company shutdown
- Vehicle: Company vehicle provided
- Pension: Company pension scheme
