We are looking for someone who has the right attitude and is driven to achieve commercial success as well as customer satisfaction. The role will require the management of existing accounts but largely to seek new business and develop relationships across the territory selling the full range of Develon machines.
You will be expected to be organised and self-motivated, embracing the Pioneer mantra of “Make It Happen”.
A proven sales background and experience within the construction industry or similar sectors would be preferable but not essential.
Sales training and product demonstrations play a vital role at Pioneer Plant, therefore site visits form a big part of the role. We take part in industry trade shows and overseas factory visits at least once a year which will involve time away from home fully expensed.
