Paul has built his career developing dealer networks, strengthening customer relationships and driving profitable growth across parts and service businesses. That expertise has been earned working closely with both dealers and end customers across a range of sectors – including agriculture, turf care and commercial alternators – giving him a broad, practical understanding of what keeps customers running and coming back.

Known for his hands-on approach, industry insight and genuine commitment to long-term partnerships, Paul has a consistent track record of enhancing customer satisfaction and helping the businesses he has worked with achieve lasting success.

He joins Pioneer Plant drawn by the company’s strong reputation, customer-focused culture and commitment to delivering market-leading construction equipment. The opportunity to represent the DEVELON range was a particular draw: Paul sees the brand as an exciting and growing force in the industry, offering innovative, reliable products and real opportunity for customers and Pioneer Plant alike.
